The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate the quote. At minimum: a description of the part, material, approximate dimensions, the quantity, and the finish you need (color or RAL code if known). Drawings or specs help but are not required to get started.
Turnaround times depend on order size and current scheduling. We discuss realistic timelines with every client at the quote stage and build our schedule around your deadlines. Rush situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. We work with a range of order sizes, from single custom pieces to high-volume production runs. Each order receives the same standard of preparation and inspection regardless of quantity.
Yes. We stock a wide range of standard colors and can source specific RAL codes, custom color matches, and specialty finishes including metallics, textures, and hammertones. Contact us with your color specification and we will confirm availability.
Powder coating is applied to conductive metal substrates. We routinely coat steel, aluminum, iron, and various alloys. If you have an unusual material or application, include that in your quote request and we will advise on suitability.
We perform complete surface preparation in-house, including degreasing and chemical pre-treatment, as part of our standard process. You do not need to prep parts before sending them. If parts have existing coatings that need to be stripped, let us know and we will advise.
