Getting an accurate powder coating quote starts with good information.
Every powder coating quote we prepare is based on the specifics you give us — part geometry, material, quantity, and the finish you're after.
That's why the form above asks for detail up front rather than just a name and phone number: a quote built on real specifications is a quote you can actually plan around, instead of a rough number that changes once we see the parts.

Yes. We work with a range of order sizes, from single custom pieces to high-volume production runs. Each order receives the same standard of preparation and inspection regardless of quantity.
Yes. We stock a wide range of standard colors and can source specific RAL codes, custom color matches, and specialty finishes including metallics, textures, and hammertones. Contact us with your color specification and we will confirm availability.
Powder coating is applied to conductive metal substrates. We routinely coat steel, aluminum, iron, and various alloys. Learn more about how powder coating works from the Powder Coating Institute. If you have an unusual material or application, include that in your quote request and we will advise on suitability.
We perform complete surface preparation in-house, including degreasing and chemical pre-treatment, as part of our standard process. You do not need to prep parts before sending them. If parts have existing coatings that need to be stripped, let us know and we will advise.
